At RENEE MASOOMIAN, we respect your privacy and security! Our mailing lists are never sold or traded! Your orders are transmitted and processed using our secure server. We know that a customer who feels safe and respected will be a returning customer!

Identity Verification

RENEE MASOOMIAN LLC takes online payment security seriously. Through our credit card processor there are many safeguards that must match for a transaction to be approved. In certain cases most of the safeguards match and there are one or more pieces of information that do not. Sometimes this is an address or zip code that was entered incorrectly, or a CVV code that was so worn down it was hard to read and set off a red flag with the credit card processor. In these cases we ask our customers to provide certain information to insure the validity of the transaction.

The verification that we require is to protect our customers from getting charged fraudulently and to protect ourselves from sending out merchandise to an incorrect address.

RENEE MASOOMIAN LLC may ask for one or more of the following pieces of information to verify that everything is in order.

   Address Verification

   CVV code Verification

   Email/phone Verification

   Name and Phone Number of Credit Card Issuing Bank

   In some rare cases we will need you to scan the front and back of the credit card and email it to us. To protect yourself you can take a marker or a piece of tape to the first half of the credit card number leaving the last four digits visible. This is to verify that you have the card in your possession and your neighbor or a stranger hasn’t just gotten a hold of your credit card bill.

   For high value orders being shipped to high risk countries we may require that payment be made by money order or wire transfer until we have established a transaction history.

Any information that is provided to verify your identity will be promptly destroyed once your order has been confirmed as valid.
